If you plan to use insurance, we’ll verify your benefits after you book. If you’re unsure whether we’re in network with your plan — or whether your condition is covered — you’re welcome to email us to confirm before booking.

A $50 booking deposit is required for first-time visitors. It secures your appointment and helps prevent fraudulent bookings. The deposit will be applied to your copay, treatment cost, or refunded if unused.

For patients using Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or Medicare, this deposit may be waived. Simply email us a copy of your insurance card along with the appointment day and time that works best for you, and we’ll assist with scheduling.
