Acupuncture for Pain and Nerve Dysfunction
These sessions support persistent pain and nerve-related dysfunction—including musculoskeletal pain, sciatica, migraines, neuropathy, and severe menstrual pain. Each treatment includes a focused intake, eastern diagnosis, and customized acupuncture. These sessions include the documentation and structure needed for insurance billing, auto injury claims, and worker's compensation.
Depending on your presentation, additional techniques such as electroacupuncture, moxibustion, gua sha, or gentle manual therapy may be used. Intentionally placed micro-needle press tacks or kinesio tape may also be provided for continued at-home support between visits.
Holistic Care for Health Conditions
These sessions support a wide range of internal health concerns—including fatigue, hormonal changes, digestive disruption, autoimmune conditions, men's health, menstrual irregularity, sleep issues, immune imbalance, and emotional distress. Each treatment includes a focused intake, eastern diagnosis, and customized acupuncture.
Other therapies such as moxibustion, gua sha, or herbal and lifestyle recommendations may be incorporated to support your system as a whole.
Wellness Acupuncture and Seasonal Support
These sessions focus on nervous system regulation, emotional support, and seasonal alignment—ideal for times of stress, transition, or maintenance. Each treatment includes a brief check-in, eastern diagnosis, and gentle root-focused acupuncture.
Additional support such as moxibustion or meridian balancing methods may be included to help restore flow and harmony.
Scar Work: Restoring Flow Beneath the Surface
These sessions address both recent and longstanding scars that may be impacting circulation, digestion, posture, or emotional balance. Each treatment includes a short intake, gentle palpation, and therapeutic scar work tailored to your needs.
Treatment will include specialized acupuncture methods that soften scar tissue, reduce inflammation, and restore sensation—especially beneficial for scars that remain red, inflamed, tight, or numb. Treatment may also include direct moxibustion, or electroacupuncture at the practitioner's discretion.
Community Acupuncture
These sessions support general wellness, stress relief, and ongoing care in a quiet group setting—ideal for those seeking more frequent treatment or a lower-cost option alongside private sessions. Each visit includes a brief check-in to determine your focus for the day and gentle acupuncture placed in the arms, legs, ears, or head.
You’ll typically rest in a reclining chair in our shared community room, but if a private treatment room is available, you may opt for that instead. Community acupuncture can also complement care you’re receiving elsewhere—your primary acupuncturist is welcome to send a referral so we can continue working on the same concern.
We offer a sliding scale for this service—choose the rate that feels most accessible for you. Your presence supports community care for all.
Cupping or Therapeutic Bodywork
These sessions support tension relief, muscular tightness, and stagnant energy in the body—especially in the back, shoulders, and neck. Each session includes a short intake and targeted manual therapy such as cupping or gua sha (your choice).
Warming liniments may also be used to promote flow with consent.
