We’re glad you’re here. A few things worth knowing before you book:

Insurance — Submit an eligibility check beforehand if you want to know your coverage first, or just book and we’ll verify your benefits once you submit your intake forms.

Paying out of pocket — You’ll always know what something costs before you commit to it. If you’re unsure, start with a free 15-minute Start Here: Meet Dr. Ev visit to talk through your concerns and costs. There’s no obligation to book anything afterward and no long-term contracts. We’re happy to talk through options that make consistent care more affordable. Every visit also comes with an itemized receipt you can use for HSA or FSA reimbursement if you have those funds available and your care is being used to address a medical concern. You also have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of your costs, which we’ll provide when you book at least 3 business days ahead, or any time you ask.

Add-ons — Cupping, moxibustion, and other therapies can be added to certain sessions. Once you’ve selected a service, use the dropdown arrow to add on. Most add-ons are out of pocket. Cupping is the exception — some insurance plans cover it when billed as part of a medical acupuncture visit. If yours does, we’ll let you know when we verify your benefits and will handle the billing accordingly.

Packages — Cost-effective session packages are available for wellness acupuncture and cupping. On mobile, packages may not appear in the menu — you can access them directly here »
